Will I lose my home?

No. That's the whole point of what we do. If you choose to stay, your renovated home is yours to live in for the rest of your life. You don't get pushed out — ever.

Is this a scam?

We understand the worry — there are a lot of shady offers out there. We're not that. We're the real estate arm of Our Village Initiative, we work in the open, and we always encourage you to bring family, a friend, or a lawyer into the conversation. Everything is in writing, in plain English.

What happens if I live longer than expected?

Wonderful — we hope you do. Your right to stay in the home does not have an expiration date. Long life is a blessing, not a problem for us to solve.

My great-grandmother lived to 100, my grandmother to 90... in their home, we want the same for you.

Can my family be involved?

Please, yes. We strongly prefer it. Adult children, siblings, close friends, trusted advisors — anyone you'd like at the table is welcome at the table.

Am I obligated to move forward if we talk?

Not at all. A phone call is just a phone call. Many families talk with us, learn their options, and decide it isn't the right time. That's completely fine.
